Travelling to Krakow ?
Let's say You are coming to Krakow for a few days with a friend or two. First thing You must think of is accommodation. It seems that bascially You have three options:
1. Budget accommodation - hostels, B&B's etc. - You'll pay around 50 - 80 PLN per person, dopending on a hostel
2. Hotels - an option for quite well-off tourists - usually including full service, usually 120 up to almost any amount (plus extra fees) depending on the standard and location.
3. Apartments - fully equiped self-catering apartments in almost any price range
Our company offers short-term apartment rentals in the centre of Krakow.
Why apartment and not a hostel?
1. Apartments are quiet, safe and not overcrowded. Unless You are a single student seeking company and additional boost of adrenaline, hostels will not provide You with a proper place for relaxing and regenerating Your strength.
2. When renting an apartment throug our site (www.goodnights.pl) You know EXACTLY what to expect and what You are paying for. You have a direct contact with the apartment owner, may see the pictures of the interior and so on.
3. You control the space - get up whenever You want, come back as late as possible and don't go to take a shower trembling for the content of Your bag left in the common room.
4. Apartments are CLEAN :)
5. When renting an apartment, for the time of Your stay You really feel like one of the citizens of Krakow - usually the apartments are located in common city buildings, among the natives :)
6. And finally: the price - especially if You are coming in a group of 3 up to 15 people - You may easily have a whole apartment (just for Yourself) for the price of a hostel. The prices for apartments rental include all taxes and extra fees - nobody will charge You extra for things You cannot refuse to pay after arrival.
Apartments vs hotels:
1. For the same standard, You PAY MUCH LESS when renting an apartment. And, instead of being at the marcy of (often) randomly allocated stars, You have a detailed pictures of what You pay for.
2.Apartment owners care more for their guests than an underpaid hotel staff do.
3.The center of Krakow is so full of bars, restaurants cafe's etc, that probably You will not need most of the hotel on-site caterign facilities. After all, You are coming to experience the magic city and not the typical interior of a hotel building.
4.In an apartment You have a fully equipped kitchen at Your disposal - why shouldn't You try traditional Polish markets and cook something Yourself?
5. If in a group, You stay together. You get to know Your companions better and even though You are in a foreign city, coming back to the apartments feels more like coming home than any hotel room may wish for :)
